Thanks so much, Bob! I guess I'm on a roll...  I have another one coming out this week at Addicted2Success, and this one was just released at Get Motivation.

Hey All!

The Good Men Project published another article of mine and this one will hit you right to the core, especially if you've been there.

Oh the things I did! Yep, motivations as a young Marine were a little different way back when... And now, that last dollar can really put you on the curb. Come read what happens to a man when this happens to a man. It may surprise you...

What a great idea, Janice--adding each other's books to our bookshelf on Goodreads!  I'll try to go through and do that, too!

Thanks for the input about Goodreads Susan. I just signed up as a reader and will be happy to add to my shelf any books you all have written.

From what I have seen, Goodreads is like a Facebook for readers and authors.

Jen, I love Scrivener, thanks for the tip.  There is also an excellent video tutorial inside the Scrivener program that is also very good!

Susan,

Thanks for sharing about how to connect to Goodreads. My new book is coming out soon and I will try that as one more way of marketing. Great tip.

Tom, thanks for asking the question.

I know many of you enjoy using Scrivener - I bought it during a $20 a while ago, however haven't dived into it yet. Looks like AppSumo is offering the how to use Scrivener $127 course for free today if anyone is interested.

Tom, you just sign up as an author (look in bottom right-hand corner where it says "Author Program") and link your book to it.  If you can't figure it out let me know and I'll try to help.

Susan,

How do you promote a book on Goodreads? I have heard people talk about it, but I have never used it. I have my print and Kindle versions of Cracking the Career Code ready perhaps I should try this out.

Thanks,

Tom
