Good morning, did you have a great night sleep? I did! I usually spend nights awake thinking about "what is my vocational calling"...I do! or "how can I help women in leadership positions bring simplicity to their chaotic organization." "What do I have that will motivate and inspire them to get 'unstuck' and move forward and achieve their success. Well last night, I slept. This group is amazing. We have people from all backgrounds but with the same purpose...that is to help others succeed.

I am looking forward to getting to know each of you, and I am sure we will know each other better than our families as we journey together - Thanks Kent for your encouragement, inspiration, and intentionality. And being the proactive person you are leading people and organizations. (he, he)!

Hello,
I'm not sure where to start... I connected couple of years back with 48Days and met some wonderful folks, including you Pierce. It was then I learned there were some basic foundational things I needed to put in order in my life. It has taken much longer than I wanted. It has taken 4 jobs and 3 relocations to get from rural Kentucky to Goodlettsville Tn. I am nothing if not persistent. Last summer I leased a property zoned commercial / residential with the dream to open my own gallery for my art. My quandry is I that have gotten stuck. My callenge is that I do not want to go into
debt. My present full time job just barely covers living expenses. I need to generate capital to proceed. I have my paintings and prints of them. I also have an Etsy store. I do well with face to face relational sales but have no clue how to succeed at it on line. I would love it if y'all would share your thoughts.
Thank you, Debra Crabtree

Pierce,

Thanks for stopping by the CWE event a few weeks ago, was neat to hear you speak for a minute. Heard some things about you from Dan that stretched my thinking, looking forward to learning from you-

Nathan,
Nathan,

First, add this as a discussion so we can keep up with comments directly associated with your topic.

As far as your situation, if I were you I would continue to work there and conjure up as much enthusiasm possible until you can make a transition. I believe it is very difficult to sell a product you do not believe in.

Sales skills are transferable and you should begin a search for a product or service that you can sell with confidence. You must consider all factors to make sure it is a good fit.

Customers can sense your apathy for the product and it will affect your results.

Hello everyone. I am having reservations about selling for my current company. I am working for a small cleaning company (36 employees) currently we clean churches, schools and smaller office buildings. I will be marketing to these types of buildings. The reason I have reservation about selling for this company is because I don't believe in the product. Our product is a great cleaning experience. After working for this company the last 3 years I question our ability to deliver what i would be selling. The owner of the company is a very hard worker and I respect Him a lot. The problem is I don't know where our company is headed, its discouraging. The quickest way to increase my income is to gain more clients, as part of a selling group it discourages me to not know where I am selling myself to. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thx Nathan Sack

Hello everyone. Nice to be around such motivated individuals. I am trying to increase my selling ability so that I can help more people get Jobs and be successful in there lives. I live in Kansas City and work for a cleaning group called Nissen Services. We serve a few churches, schools, and office buildings in Kansas City.
