Welcome Frankie!  Millionaire Real Estate Agent (MREA) is an awesome book, that is what we have based our business on as it has continued to grow.  I would also recommend Gary Keller's book SHIFT and The One Thing.  The best training is going to be had by shadowing an experienced agent, in my opinion.  Go on listing appointments, buyer consults, open houses, door knocking, etc. with someone that is performing at a high level and do what they do!  If you have it in your area, I would also recommend taking BOLD by Keller Williams (you don't have to be with KW to take it) and it will change your life.

I'm just getting in to real estate and have been a member if 48days for quite some time. I just passed my classroom exam and take the state exam next week. My sponsoring broker has been very helpful by fronting all expenses so far.
I'm excited about the future and looking forward to learning more about the business.

I've ordered the book "millionaire real estate agent" By Gary Keller.

Are there any must read books out there that I can pick up?

I am not a real estate agent but I am a Commercial Real Estate Loan Originator. I am able to close loans in all 50 states. If I can be of assistance please feel free to contact me.

Thanks for starting the group, I am sure as the real estate market improves there may be more interest. As for me I completed all of my couarses for my brokers license last year and now just need to make the time to study for the exam. I assume the topics need to be general as each county across the country will have different laws and codes.
