The Power of Personality

Our unique makeup -- how we're wired -- influences everything we do and how we see the world.

Our hobbies and pastimes

Our goals
The way we lead (or follow)

When armed with a clear understanding of our own unique makeup, we can make wise choices that keep us true to ourselves. Likewise, a healthy dose of self-knowledge can help us avoid the pitfalls of operating in a way that makes others happy but leaves us frustrated and miserable.

Let's use this group to talk about ourselves -- in a healthy way, of course -- and support one another in increasing self-knowledge and learn better how to see our own unique traits as strengths to keep us authentic and move us forward toward our goals.
