This is a practice I've started in my own life that I go through every day during my morning ritual, and thought it would be a great way to encourage each other with positive things that we're mindfully grateful for. I've had a lot of different things, and many days, I've had to really think about it, but it always helps to keep things in the correct perspective.
I was prompted by thinking about all the 48Days community has done for me over the years, and how Dan along with this group have been instrumental in helping me to grow in so many ways.
So tell us - what are you grateful for?
I am grateful for a wonderfully supportive wife! She believes in me more than I believe in myself most of the time. I strive to become the type of man my wife and children believe me to be.
And I am grateful for friendships! Those formed here on 48 days and elsewhere!

Great reminder, Rob. This is the first thing I do each morning as well. It's a lot easier now than it was when I started in 2/14/2012.
I am grateful every day for my health and the health of my spouse. I am grateful for my body that lets my walk, talk, bike, listen, taste, and smell. I am grateful to have a roof over my head and warm blankets, more than enough food and free time to read, learn and enjoy life. I am grateful for the opportunity to have enough resources that I am able to share. I am grateful for my gratitude which helps me keep things in perspective and stay positive. I'm grateful for this community and other communities that have accepted me into their folds. I am grateful for all of my mentors who have taken me under their wing, encouraged me, and have helped more than I could have imagined. I'm grateful for people like you, Rob, who start positive conversations. I have so much to be grateful for. Thank you for the reminder. :)
