Comment by Mitch Kriegh on July 28, 2012 at 7:32am Welcome to the 48 days community. It is awesome. The way I view it so far is the three main things we love to talk about here is Entrepreneurship, being a Writer, and being a Coach.
That is why I feel the group JV Partnership could be a meeting place for people to talk the topic of joining with each other to help out with business launches, product launches... If some of the bigger guys (those with mailing lists in excess of 10K+) remember back to when they much needed help (allow starters to guest blog, let them do product launches to their mailing list [tribe]...), how much a good break perpetuates things for the starter.
I would be amiss to not say that the bigger guys must have a good feeling the the little start up guys and gals much have their act together. Professional website, Solid product, good communication skills, good grasp of all media and technology involved with the interface (webinar, teleconference...) with their tribe.
I know this does go in within the 48 days community. I just hope more people mosey over this way and talk it, make connections with each other; that we help each other grow our businesses and our dreams.
What do you think?
Comment by Peter Eiseman on July 14, 2012 at 4:47pm Hi everyone,
I am new to 48 Days and this group. I am happy to be here and involved with this whole new community of success minded people. I look forward to making many new friends and future business associates, sharing information and helping each other succeed.
I am a real estate investor. Just to reiterate a bit, I invest in mortgage notes, I do rehabs and I have just recently partnered up with a very experienced and successful investor that buys, stabilizes and manages multi-family apartment buildings. As part of our partnership, it is my responsibility to find and analyze new potential deals in emerging markets throughout the country. Additionally, I am responsible for finding private money lenders that would like to partner up with us as minority owners in the purchase of these properties.
I am extremely excited with this new business venture as it will enable me to catch up and greatly accelerate my retirement and wealth building for the future. As many of us know, real estate is one of the few vehicles where great wealth can be amassed relatively quickly as compared with many other investment vehicles and multi-family apartment buildings investing is arguably the one of the most effective ways to do this.
I am looking forward to discussing this subject with the other members of this group and website. All comments are appreciated.
Peter
