Hello Mary, welcome.
Don, I remember WOWO radio station down in Fort Wayne where I was growing up. I am in Amish country, Middlebury.
Comment by Mary Gross on September 30, 2012 at 6:29pm Hello... well I'm now in Wisconsin but I was born and raised Hoosier! People up here comment on my "southern accent". : ) I would just enjoy following this group to see what other Hoosiers are up to in this group.
Comment by Ron Moore on April 3, 2012 at 7:45am No I did not know about Dan. I don't get to hear WOWO that often. I'll have to check their website.
Comment by Don Roulo on April 2, 2012 at 8:59pm Ronald...just finished our last workshop session for the 48 Days workshop here in Warsaw. We had a great time. Did you know that Dan Miller is now on WOWO radio on Sunday nights in Fort Wayne?
I hope to connect with you soon. We don't live that far apart.
Comment by Ron Moore on March 21, 2012 at 11:12am Thanks Don. I'm in the process of trying to quit driving a truck for a living. I've been at it for so long all hobbies and everything Dan talks about looking at in his books are a long ways in the my past, so I'm joining these groups hoping to kick start some creativity.

I thought the sharing from the workshop this Monday was great! Lots of good insight.
I am really looking forward to going over the Profiles this next Monday. Make sure you get those done by then.
Have a great day!

Comment by Don Roulo on March 5, 2012 at 2:39pm You Have Permission To Be A Quitter!!
We have all heard things like, “Quitters never win and winners never quit.” That phrase sounds good and there is certainly truth in that old adage. You will often hear successful people give advice to “never quit”. After all, successful people never quit, right? WRONG! Successful people “quit” all the time.
They quit doing things unsuccessful people do.
They quit wasting time.
They quit hanging around negative people.
They quit thinking small.
They quit being selfish.
They quit saying, “I can’t”.
They quit making excuses.
They quit looking for a handout.
They quit waiting for something to happen.
They quit not following their dreams.
They quit seeing the worst in every situation.
They quit burying their talents.
They quit seeing themselves as insignificant.
They quit living below God’s best.
The list can go on and on. Every successful business person is a quitter. Every successful husband, father, wife and mother is a quitter. We all have to quit doing the things that stop us from being everything we are destined to be. Hebrews 12:1 says we are told to lay aside…throw off and quit doing the things that so easily stop us from running our race. Did you find anything on the list to quit? What do you need to quit doing now? Go ahead and be a quitter. You have permission to be a quitter!
Comment by Don Roulo on March 2, 2012 at 9:29pm Everyone should have received their Profiles by email. Can't wait till we cover these in a couple of weeks.
Denise...It really is a great resource. If we will give ourselves to it and really answer the questions honestly and embrace it...it will change the way we look at ourselves and therefore our futures.
Derek...See you Sunday.
I hope you all get a chance to do the Profiles this weekend.
The next couple of chapters deal with living life in balance and a life plan. LOVE these topics! We MUST know what and where we want to go in life, otherwise we are just pinballs bouncing around the pinball machine of life...no purpose, no fulfillment.
