@Tim: James Woosley uses a number of different eBook publishers. You might ping him directly if nobody else pipes up with tips.

Has anyone put an ebook up on Google Books? I tried putting one up last month and it didn't pass their quality control even though it has been for sale on other major ebook reseller sites. I was given an epub validator link with very cryptic messaging. I used calibre to create the epub file and I don't readily understand how to edit an html ebook file. Anyone else find themselves in this boat?

I've used rev.com for transcription. They do a pretty good job and it's usually within 36 hour turn around. Roughly $1 a minute.

PS: I've heard of people using google voice for transcription with not-so-good success, so I'm looking at fiver, etc.

I need to get more content out, so I'm looking for ways to get help.
Has anyone tried recording content then using a transcription service? I think that this would help me get my book chapters rough-drafted and some blog articles going.

If anyone if interested in having their book narrated, I'd love to offer my services through Fiverr.com. I've been doing this through them for about a month now, and I'm really enjoying it. I currently offer 500 words for $5, but I also have and extra where I'll do upto 3,000 words for another $20. For 48days members, I'll do 5,000 words for the $20 extra - just make sure to mention it when you order. http://jrivers.us/narration

Thanks Tony! I keep going up and down. Learning a lot and definitely going to do a promo boost here shortly. Plus I'm getting onto podcast's and more. But today I hit a milestone with my book being ahead of Dave Ramsey when someone search "how to get out of debt" on Amazon. I know it has to do with the title of course but nonetheless a huge motivation booster! And an honor too.
