I want to use the blog to drive traffic to my website.  I might use some affiliate links to generate income in the future, but the website traffic is my main reason for the blog.  You might want to check out smartpassiveincome.com. Pat has some very good information for creating income.

James, I share many of the sentiments I see in your blog. Question for you -- what would you eventually like to accomplish with it?  In other words, do you want to monetize it at some point, or are you using as a place to capture your own thoughts, like a diary?  I'm asking because I'm curious to see what others do in that area, as I've been pretty slow to turn my interests into income.

Thanks for your input Tom. I didn't notice the them/they thing. I will have to get another set of eyes to look at my posts before I publish them.

James - read your blog and it's interesting, tho I'd suggest a bit more careful proofreading ... them vs they... (please don't get offended, I have this gift...and it drives my wife crazy too... :-) )... as for your latest post, I fully understand where you are coming from, that is why I have 3 different style cars...one NO ONE touches, one anyone can climb on the fenders and one I have rented out for weddings. It's all about what the owner cares about the most. Sadly, in today's society, few children seem to be taught that other people's property is NOT theirs. We have seen kids climb inside cars and just make themselves at home...and the parent just has this dazed look on their face... until the owner commences to raising the roof.

Hope that helps...

I entered the blogging world a month ago.  I would love to have some feedback from fellow car guys.

My wife says it is good, but she is a little biased!

Thanks Jim. Camaro is slowly coming along. Most the drive train is complete, but no body work. Its on the back burner for now. Working on my Money Makeover (baby step 3). and juggling work, home and helping my parents, as my dad's in the hospital after just having an LVAD put in place for congestive heart failure, temporary fix until a full heart transplant (we hope).

Hey Albert, welcome.  Have you seen good progress on your Camaro so far?

Hey all... Fellow car guy here! I've got a 1973 Camaro that I'm slowly getting together, and my dad has a 1965 Chevelle Malibu. :)

Lee... not sure... wish I had ideas without actually playing with the door in person.

The passenger side door of my '64 Pontiac Tempest won't open from inside or outside. Any ideas?
