All we all need for the google hangout video conference is a google email acct so whoever is leading the hangout can invite the other guests. What date options are been considered for the face to face meeting? Lets make the meeting happen.

I think a blend of Google Hangouts and the every so often face to face meetings that Russ, Olu and Jenise recomend would be a great way to start.  I look forward to getting to know everyone here as we move forward. - Greg

I like the idea of occasional face-to-face meet-ups with more frequent online meetings. Just my two cents, keep the change!

Thanks Olu and welcome to the group.  I love your idea for a Google Hangout group.  Erin and I had not really linked up as of yet to discuss how to pull this off but I would like to throw out a suggestion for being able to do the first meet up in person and any subsequent ones during Google Hangout.  I think something special happens when we meet face initially.  

Let me know your thoughts on this and Erin and I can figure out where based on everyone's location.  Olu at that point you may want to set up the Google Hangout group and we can set some rules around the meetup online and move forward.

Thoughts?

I think a meet-up is a great idea... I suspect that Atlanta is so large though that I'm not sure how it would work.  I'm in the Kennesaw area.
