Use this challenge however it fits your creative needs. I will update the list each Sunday (God willing) with seven themes for Monday through Sunday. You can choose to follow these themes as something to get you going, or do your own. You can post daily, weekly, monthly, or however sporadically you would like.
I am pulling the themes from Every Day Matters, you can find out more about it here, especially in the blog.
You can either post the picture right here, or as a link to a blog or otherwise. To post it here, you should see at the top of the box you write in, it says link, and right next to that is a box with a little picture in it. If you click on that you can upload an image. A width of about 400 pixels is usually good.
Current List:
Monday 10/29 Nature
Tuesday 10/30 Sink
Wednesday 10/31 (switching this one up for the holiday) Something you're afraid of!
Thursday 11/1 Fire hydrant
Friday 11/2 Mom
Saturday 11/3 Computer
Sunday 11/4 Beverage
Happy Sketching!

What a fabulous idea, thanks for posting! I have a question - how do artists share their sketches here on the forum? Or does one need to have a separate website to link to?
Thanks!
Good question Christie! You can either post the picture right here, or as a link to a blog or otherwise. To post it here, you should see at the top of the box you write in, it says link, and right next to that is a box with a little picture in it. If you click on that you can upload an image. The picture below I typed in to be a width of 400 pixels, you can do bigger or smaller.
Here is an example. I drew this one last night inspired by an escapade of my cats...

Permalink Reply by Timmery Clark on August 28, 2012 at 7:46am I love the sense of play and joy you captured!
Ok here's my "wheel." I have to admit, I'm quite embarrassed to share these sketches as I am such a perfectionist. My sketching skills have gone to the wayside since college. I showed my sketch of the cats to my husband and he responded "yup, your sketching needs some work." He's my best critic. But I am doing this to improve and free up my hand, so it will be what it will be. I think today's is maybe a little better.
Our church had our annual "Drive Your Tractor to Church" Sunday and picnic today. Here's one of the tractors...with big wheels.

I love your tractor, thanks for sharing it! You must be near my Dad, he is pastor at two little country churches near Mt Okemo. I'll have to pass your idea on to him (of driving your tractor to church Sunday, he'll love it!)
I'm not sure where Mt. Okemo is, but we have a little country church in Forest Lake, PA. Tractor Sunday is our biggest event of the year! We have a parade of tractors and then a picnic. It's a lot of fun!
