Wanting feedback for brochure

Hi folks, I've been working on a business idea and without giving anything away I'd like feedback on a brochure I've designed as one of my marketing tools for it. I'm interested in whether or not you understand what I'm offering and if you think the brochure is compelling.

Any other feedback is also appreciated.

Hi Gary, very nice. Looking at it, though, I think maybe you are using the wrong headline. i would flip-flop the text and make your main headline "Your life story deserves it's own movie on DVD." It explains the service nicely and any other text in the brochure just adds further explanation. The "Pass on a heritage" line can go at the bottom. It leads in better to your website name that way.

Will this be a printed brochure or "ebrochure"? If it's printed, I'd expect some copy to go with it.

In general, I'd say it's not clear what you're doing. You show photos, yet are selling a "movie"?

Also, the tan, beige colors are very drab. They do say "old people" but not "fun" or "buy me".

Consider hiring a graphic designer from elance.com. You should be able to get a good design for VERY low cost. If you have other specific questions, contact me.
