Hi Tom,

I'm not aware of a specific tool online that will allow you to plug in your strengths to find a job match. However, I use StrengthsFinder 2.0 with my clients to help them determine how they can use those strengths in their work. Once their strengths are clarified, then it is easier to pursue specific jobs that will maximize those strengths. Doing key word searches on LinkedIn and Indeed.com and things like that. Maybe a little more work but definitely worth the effort.
