Need a T-shirt designed and printed

Anyone have experience here? I'm printing cool t-shirt and need them designed and then printed in bulk.

Thoughts on either/both?

I could do a simple design with a plain graphic, but printing on the shoulder and collar would be even cooler with the right design.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I know where I'm likely getting the shirts printed and it'll be a standard print, mostly on the front.

You're wise to limit them on size. You are probably restricted to about 10-11" wide by 12-14" tall on the screen. Also, the more colors, the more expensive. And finally, printing on black or dark is more expensive (they usually have to put down white and dry it first).
