Legal advice
Can anyone answer a question for me,if it says a product can't be copied or duplicated and it's patented,can I change it up by using a different size,length,color without getting in trouble.Dan Miller says don't try to invent something make it 10 percent better.Help please,I don't want any legal issues,thank you!!!

There are too many variables to make any blanket statements about this. It's likely a "design patent" not a utility patent. Thus a small change would probably be okay - but if you're unsure I'd find another idea.
