In need of Title expert in Missouri!

My husband and I have been working on a online business dealing with Real Estate since August.  We are now on hold because we are having a hard time finding someone who works for a title company that is willing to think outside the box.  Does anyone know of someone in Missouri who is willing to help?  We need help with business contracts (collaboration with our attorney and ourselves) and then the actual transferring of titles... we're ready to pay for all services.
