I am so excited to say that, following my recent launch of Harmony Insights (www.harmonyinsights.com), I had my first corporate DiSC workshop this past week. Perhaps even more exciting, one of the participants was from Geneva, Switzerland, and she is expressing interest in flying me over there to make a similar presentation on communication and behavioral styles!
My question concerns pricing when overseas travel is involved. Assuming that they are paying for travel and accommodations, should I quote the SAME fee that I would require if I were to be facilitating a workshop in my own neighborhood? Should I consider a DECREASED fee given the added expenses that they will incur in getting me over there? Should I consider an INCREASED fee given the total amount of time and effort involved in my part?
I very much appreciate your input,
Erich

Substantially more. They see it as they are taking up more of their time to travel overseas and this is why they charge a hight fee as well as travel and accommodations.
Hope this helps you out.

When you factor in the cost, speakers normally lose money when they travel to speak. So factor in travel expenses (i.e. will they pick you up from the airport?) and meals.
