Anyone want to buy an apartment building?
I am very interested in speaking with anyone that might be interested in getting involved in syndications with the sole purpose of purchasing multi-family apartment buildings in very select markets throughout the US. People that have IRA money just sitting there earning ridiculously low returns are ideal candidates for these investments.

Sounds like a REIT, I would love to invest in a good one, but do not have the funds. Good luck, I think it is a good target market to be in.
