almost a hundred dollar startupi

I have posted some stupid questions heretofore, mostly just trying to test responses. So i have narrowed a list of business ideas down from a half million dollar dream to a fifty thousand dollar dream finally down to a reachable 158 dollar goal. I have an idea to a very small niche market to consult with them about getting on facebook or twitter. I want to call my list of clients first to see if they could or would accept mailings from me. Then to craft a letter to demonstrate a few things they could do in their business to save money. Mailing #1 forty dollars. Next mailing, sending even more ideas to save them or make them money. Mailing #2 somewhere close to forty dollars. Third mailing would finally suggest ways to implement a strategy for social networking. #3 cost of approximately forty dollars.

I would like to create residual type income by having a set fee for the account setup with proper photos, then charging a monthly fee for their updates. I could also provide consulting services on their business eventually. I was thinking a 150 for the setup, 300 for photos and travelling there, and 20 monthly for updates. I would lke to hear your thoughts and opinions on the matter. P.s. the extra 38 of 158 would cover renting a laptop and a digital camera.
